Just a Qiuck Email to you Regarding My Condo In Soto Grande Hotel Resort in Dap Dap, it is Leased to Soto Grande Hotel Resort and the Lease is Ending this October 2022 and i am Releasing it back to Soto Grande Hotel resort for a Further 15 Years after that.
I am sure you know all about the Amenities that are there, Country Club, Swimming Pools etc.
I Purchased this Condo in 2007 New and now i want to Sell the Condo.
I Live in Australia and my Wife is a Cebuano and the Condo has Clear Title with no Loans Attached.
